Kalshi payout reliability experiences?

Curious what others' experiences have been with Kalshi regarding payout reliability and the actual timeframes from contract settlement to funds hitting your bank. I've had a few instances where the expected window was a bit off, and I'm wondering if that's a common experience or more of an isolated one on my end.
