$CL +4.0% today — what's driving it?

This run-up in crude seems to be largely driven by the IEA's tighter market forecast for the second half of the year, coupled with ongoing geopolitical tensions. I'm holding a small long position from the low 79s, but keeping a close eye on resistance around 83.

I'm curious if this move is mostly inventory reports or if there's something else brewing in the wider energy market. Anyone have a take on the catalysts?
