KYC/KYB bottlenecks hurting prop firm onboarding?

Anyone else hitting major friction lately with prop firm onboarding, specifically on the KYC/KYB front? Seems like some of these firms are getting swamped, or maybe their third-party providers are just overloaded. I've had a couple of accounts sit in 'pending verification' for days, pushing back when I can even start a challenge. Beyond that, once verified, some payout processes feel unnecessarily convoluted. Are we seeing this across the board, or am I just picking the slow ones? Curious what others' experiences are, particularly around initial setup speed and payout processing reliability.
