Is the recent $SHIB bump just noise or something more?

Watching $SHIB bump up a bit today to $0.00000425, and I'm wondering if anyone else thinks these small rallies are just retail action chasing shadows, or if there's genuinely some underlying sentiment building. Seems like a lot of these smaller cap cryptos are still very susceptible to minor news cycles without much fundamental shift. Would love to hear some alternative takes on this.
