$ETH stuck in a tight range around 1730 for a while now. Volume is lower than average. What indicators are people using to spot a potential breakout or breakdown direction?

Forget the indicators for a sec, what's happening with the broader market and BTC? ETH usually follows. If BTC breaks out, ETH likely will too, regardless of its own range.

I'm keeping a close eye on the VWAP and the 20-day EMA. The low volume suggests indecision, and a strong move above or below those levels would be my first signal.
