XAUUSD Holding 2300, What's Next?

Watching $XAUUSD closely here. It seems to be trying to establish a base around 2300 after that recent pullback. If it can hold this level and build some momentum, we might see it test 2320-2325 again. The risk, as I see it, is a clear break and sustained close below 2290; that would likely invalidate this consolidation attempt and could open the door for a deeper retest of 2280 or lower. Not saying it's going to happen, just what I'm looking at.
