Scaling up trades after a good run?

Had a decent week, few good wins on $TSLA puts and a quick scalp on $NQ_F. I'm wondering about the mechanics of scaling up position size now. Do you immediately increase, or is there a period of testing the new size with smaller initial allocation? Seems like a good way to give back profits quickly.

Always test new size with a small allocation first. It's a different psychological ballgame when the potential losses are much larger, even if the percentage risk is the same.
