Thoughts on BABA at these levels - is it a dead cat bounce?

Honestly, watching $BABA trade up to 97.91 today, after seeing it bounce from the mid-90s recently, I can't shake the feeling this is just another dead cat. Yes, they're making moves, streamlining, whatever, but the fundamental pressure points haven't vanished. The regulatory environment is still a sword hanging over them, and the competition in China is only getting fiercer. I'm not seeing anything that suggests a sustainable recovery here, just short-term traders playing the bounces.

I'm still bearish long-term on $BABA until I see some serious, structural shifts that address the core issues. Change my mind. What am I missing?

I'm still trying to understand the regulatory risks better. Are there specific recent developments or ongoing concerns that you think are being overlooked, or is it more of a general sentiment about China tech?

It's certainly a valid concern. While some might point to the recent restructuring efforts as a positive, the underlying regulatory risks and intense domestic competition remain significant hurdles that aren't easily dismissed.
