WETH retest of 1.15 by month end?

Watching $WETH here. Current price is hovering at 1.17, which is a bit of a no-man's land after the drop. I'd put the odds at about 60-65% that we see a retest of the 1.15 level, potentially even a brief dip to 1.12-1.13, before the end of the month. The bounce off 1.17 isn't showing much conviction, and the daily range has been pretty constrained. It just feels like there's more weakness to probe for liquidity down there before any meaningful move up can stick. Not advice, just my read on current sentiment and lack of demand at these levels.
