Onboarding Friction with Kalshi for Volume Traders

Anyone else finding the onboarding process with Kalshi a bit clunky, especially when trying to set up for higher volume event contracts? The KYB seems fine for casual users, but scaling up seems to hit some friction points regarding faster payouts or even just smoother API access. Wondering if it's just my experience or if others have found ways to streamline it for more active trading.
