Been trading for about a year now, mostly paper, but just went live with a small account. I'm finding that even with solid risk sizing ($SPX options), the mental game during a drawdown is brutal. It's not the money loss itself, more the hit to confidence and the urge to chase. What are your practical strategies for staying disciplined and not letting a losing streak snowball?
