Question about managing drawdown with smaller crypto positions

I'm still figuring out risk management, especially with crypto swings. When you're running smaller position sizes to account for volatility, how do you handle a significant drawdown in one of those positions? Do you just hold and wait for recovery, or is there a point where cutting losses on a small but underperforming position still makes sense even if it doesn't hugely impact your overall capital?

Ah, the age-old dilemma of a tiny position turning into a tiny abyss. If it's truly a 'small' position, the mental anguish of watching it bleed might be more costly than the actual capital. Sometimes, even a papercut needs a band-aid.
