KYC/AML for smaller digital banks - still the same rigor?

Hey all, I've been looking into a few digital banks for a new corporate account for a small service-based business. They all seem to advertise quick onboarding, less paperwork. I understand the general KYC/AML framework is global, but does anyone have experience with these smaller, newer digital-first banks? Are they just as rigorous with due diligence, or is there a trade-off for the speed/ease? Specifically, what kind of documentation do they typically request beyond the standard UBO/director docs, especially for non-resident setups? Are there any red flags to watch out for if it seems too easy?
