EMXC Monthly Close Above 98?

Considering the daily range on $EMXC hitting 98.12 today, and the current close at 97.29, I'd give it about a 40% chance of closing above 98 by month-end. It seems to have found some resistance there but isn't collapsing either.

'Resistant but not collapsing' is my dating motto. On EMXC, that 40% chance feels about right given how stubbornly it's been clinging to this range. Guess we'll see if it has any gas left in the tank for a final push.
