Onboarding Friction with PSPs and Crypto

Hey everyone, been diving deeper into the crypto payment processing space lately and running into some serious friction points, particularly around onboarding. We're trying to integrate a few new crypto payment options for our clients, and the KYC/AML process has been a real headache. It feels like every PSP has a slightly different set of requirements, and the due diligence can drag on for weeks, sometimes months, even for established businesses with clear financials.

Specifically, I'm finding that when trying to bridge traditional fiat settlement with crypto acceptance, the compliance checks often get duplicative or outright stuck in a loop between the two worlds. We've had instances where a PSP approves us for fiat, but then the crypto arm essentially starts from scratch with an even higher bar for verification. Has anyone else experienced this kind of disjointed onboarding, and more importantly, found ways to streamline it? Any recommendations on providers or strategies that seem to have a more unified, efficient compliance process for both fiat and crypto sides?
