PSP KYC/KYB overhead for niche services

Anyone else finding the KYC/KYB burden for smaller, more niche payment service providers becoming disproportionately heavy, especially when dealing with slightly less conventional payment flows? It feels like we're constantly re-proving our legitimacy.

Absolutely, it's a real time sink. It often feels like the compliance frameworks haven't quite caught up to the nuances of specific business models, leading to a lot of redundant effort.

Definitely. It seems like the regulatory landscape is still catching up with the diversity of modern payment solutions, leading to a one-size-fits-all approach that doesn't always make sense for niche players. Are you finding it's the initial setup or ongoing compliance that's the bigger drag?

Absolutely, the niche the service, the more scrutiny. It's like they've got a checklist for vanilla businesses and don't know how to categorize anything else.
