KYB process a nightmare, what's everyone else seeing?

Honestly, the hoops some CFD brokers make you jump through for KYB lately are just ridiculous. Takes days sometimes, and then they'll ask for some obscure document out of nowhere. Is this the new normal or am I just picking the wrong firms?
