KYB para entidades não-americanas em DeFi

Traduzido automaticamente do original · Ler o original (English)

Yeah, it's definitely a rough ride for non-US entities right now. We've seen similar issues trying to get APAC funds onboarded; the compliance overhead for some platforms makes it almost not worth it for them to expand beyond their immediate geographical focus. Are you finding it's mostly a documentation issue, or are the platforms just not set up to handle different regulatory frameworks?

It's not just a feeling; the regulatory uncertainty outside the US, combined with the higher compliance burden for international entities, makes many platforms prioritize US-based funds. Have you found any specific platforms that are more accommodating, or is it universally difficult?

Totally agree, the US focus is real. We've had similar struggles with Asian entities; it often feels like the due diligence for a European fund is actually more complex because the platforms aren't set up for that specific regulatory framework. Have you found any platforms that are explicitly better for non-US entities?
