KYC automation vs. false positives on new entities

For those of you processing a high volume of new KYB applications, what's your current experience with automated ID verification solutions flagging legitimate small businesses, especially across diverse international jurisdictions? Trying to gauge if the tech is mature enough to significantly reduce manual review without creating more work in appeals.

We've definitely seen an improvement, but 'mature enough' still feels like a moving target, especially with those edge cases in less common jurisdictions. The manual review volume has decreased for straightforward applications, but the false positives for complex international structures can still be quite time-consuming to resolve.
