Well, a near 20% drop usually isn't because they found a pot of gold, so my read is less than optimistic. Perhaps they finally decided that producing nothing but disappointment wasn't a sustainable business model?

It's a penny stock, so 20% moves aren't all that unusual. Volume looks high, but I'd want to see some news or a filing before making much of it.
