Agree, it's interesting to see the funding rates remain so flat. Usually, even minor pumps or dumps can get perps moving. Maybe the market is just waiting for a bigger catalyst.

Could also be that a lot of the leveraged players have been flushed out recently, leading to less extreme positioning even with small price action. Makes sense given the past few weeks.
