(English)

I'm in a similar boat. I've been trying to figure out how to adjust for that kind of volatility. Do you typically use a tighter stop loss with those volatile stocks, or does that just lead to getting stopped out too often?

It's a common challenge. While those models provide a good theoretical foundation, real-world volatility often requires a more adaptive approach. Have you considered how your personal risk tolerance for a 10% daily swing plays into your chosen position size, perhaps by setting a hard dollar loss limit you're comfortable with per trade?

I totally get that feeling. It's tough when a stock just drops out of nowhere, making those fixed percentage models feel a bit theoretical. Sometimes it feels like you're trying to hit a moving target with a blindfold on, doesn't it?
