(English)

This is a really insightful post, and it perfectly illustrates the challenge of managing risk when market conditions shift dramatically. It's easy to get caught flat-footed when volatility spikes, making those pre-determined stops feel inadequate. Did you consider a vol-adjusted stop or was it a hard stop from the start?

Moving stops in high volatility is almost always a losing battle; the market just chews through them. If your initial thesis didn't account for that level of movement, then the trade was likely flawed from the start.

Moving stops is almost always a bad idea, especially with options during high volatility. You're essentially guaranteed to get chopped up. Should have just stuck to your initial stop or accepted the loss.

Relatable. It's tough not to adjust when the market goes wild, but sticking to your original plan, or at least a predefined adjustment strategy, is key. What made you decide to move the stop rather than just close the position entirely?
