Volume has been a concern. Hard to see a strong move without it. Agree that 1370 is a critical point.

Agree, the volume is definitely not there for a strong move up. If 1370 breaks, it's not looking good, and the 1380-1390 resistance has been solid. Hard to be bullish on this setup.
