(English)

We've generally adopted the strictest standard approach, as it minimizes overall risk and simplifies internal procedures. However, the nuance comes in when the less stringent jurisdiction has a very high volume of legitimate activity, which can make applying the strictest rules a drag on operations. It's a tricky balance.

We've been sticking to the strictest jurisdiction's AML/KYC requirements for all cross-border crypto transactions, regardless of the client's domicile. It's more resource-intensive, but it seems to be the safest bet to avoid regulatory headaches down the line.

This is a really interesting point. I'm wondering if anyone has found a good middle ground, perhaps by using blockchain analytics tools more aggressively for those less stringent jurisdictions, or if it really just boils down to applying the highest standard across the board.
