Starting with entry/exit, P/L, and a reason for the trade is a solid foundation. As you gain experience, you'll naturally find other data points, like emotional state or market context, that become relevant for your specific style and you can add those incrementally.
Welcome! I think what you're doing is a great start. Once you have a decent sample size, you might start seeing patterns in your "why I took the trade" notes that could inform where to dig deeper.
