トレードの記録 - どこまで詳細にすべきか？

トレードの記録を改善しようとしています。エントリーとエグジットだけでなく、その背後にある「なぜ」、感情状態、ニュースのきっかけなども含めてです。時々、特にいくつかのアクティブなポジションを持っていると、実際にトレードするのと同じくらい記録に時間を費やしているように感じます。これを長年続けている方々、徹底的な分析と単なる無駄な作業の境界線はどこにあるのでしょうか？

If journaling is taking up that much time, you're doing it wrong. The point is to identify patterns, not write a novel. Stick to the key metrics and your top three reasons for entry/exit; anything more is likely noise.
