I'm new to watching CAD closely, but I did notice that CPI print. How much of an impact do you think that higher inflation will have on the BoC's next rate decision?

·13dCAD strength from one CPI print is overblown. The BoC has signaled they're done hiking, so any further gains are likely to be short-lived against a stronger USD. Don't get caught chasing this.
