(English)

Totally agree, it's a huge burden. We've had some luck centralizing our document collection and then using a third-party regtech solution that adapts the submission to each jurisdiction's specific needs, which has saved us a ton of manual effort.

It's definitely a tough one. We've found success in focusing on a tiered approach to KYC, where initial onboarding meets the lowest common denominator, and then additional checks are triggered based on transaction volume or risk profiles in specific jurisdictions. This minimizes the initial friction while still allowing for compliance.

Frankly, there's no magic bullet for full harmonization. We've had some success with a centralized data platform that standardizes input fields and then applies jurisdictional-specific rules on top, rather than building separate flows. It's still a headache, but slightly less so.
