It's like trying to teach a cat to fetch, but each cat speaks a different language and has its own very specific toy preferences. We've found that a modular approach helps, but even then, it feels like we're constantly re-translating.

It's tough. Most just end up adopting the strictest common denominator or building modular systems with configurable rules engines, but the latter isn't cheap.
