I've been watching the dev activity too. Anecdotally, it feels like there's more building happening, especially in DeFi. Would love to see some solid data to back that up.

Network stability is key. If they can keep it reliable, that alone will attract more serious projects, regardless of short-term price movements. That's my main concern.

While $SOL is up, I'm not entirely convinced about the 'resilience' given the overall market. The dev activity is a better long-term indicator than daily price action, but I'd like to see a continued trend before calling it a full recovery.
