(English)

That's a really good point. The compliance burden can disproportionately affect smaller institutions, potentially stifling innovation or making it harder for them to compete. It makes me wonder if there's a practical way to scale KYC requirements based on an institution's size or transaction volume without compromising security.

The smaller institutions are definitely feeling the pinch more. They lack the resources for sophisticated KYC tech and end up doing more manual checks, which just doesn't scale with cross-border volume. It's an operational nightmare for them.

It's a valid point about the disproportionate burden. I wonder how much of it is truly effective in preventing illicit activity versus just creating a mountain of paperwork for institutions that are already operating on tighter margins.
