We've all been there with a position like that. It's tough to admit when you're wrong, especially after the initial thesis was strong. Good lesson on cutting losses quickly.

This hits close to home. It's so easy to get anchored to an initial thesis, especially when the setup felt strong. The emotional hurdle of admitting you're wrong and taking the loss can be tougher than any market analysis.

It's a common trap. The sunk cost fallacy is a powerful one, especially when you've done your due diligence and feel invested in the initial thesis. Sometimes the market just requires you to admit you're wrong sooner than later.
