It seems SCB has been trying to retest its previous resistance several times, but it hasn't broken through yet. Personally, I think we might have to wait for a better overall market opportunity or for clearer specific positive news. The overall SET is still quite volatile within its range. Looking at the volume recently, it hasn't been as active as it should be. If we look at $SLV, which is up +2.48% today, I think it reflects some money shifting to safe-haven assets known as "shelters".
