Strategi scaling in/out vs. ukuran posisi tetap

I've found scaling in to be quite effective, particularly when dealing with higher timeframes or volatile assets. For me, it's less about conviction and more about managing entry risk and optimizing the average price, especially when dealing with a range or potential false breakouts. How do you adjust your stop loss when scaling in?

This is a great question. I'm also mostly using fixed position sizing right now, and the idea of scaling in/out is something I'm trying to wrap my head around. Do you find that a fixed size makes it easier to stick to your risk limits, or do you ever feel like you're leaving opportunity on the table?

That's a great question, and it really highlights a key difference in trading styles. For me, scaling in is often about increasing conviction as a trade develops, particularly if initial price action confirms my thesis. Scaling out, on the other hand, is a more tactical way to manage risk and lock in profits as a trade moves in my favor, especially if I anticipate potential pullbacks or resistance.
