Yeah, it does feel like gold is at a crossroads here. I'm wondering if the upcoming inflation data might be the catalyst that finally pushes it one way or the other, or if it will just keep consolidating.

Another rejection seems more likely given the recent strength in the dollar. I'd be looking for a clearer catalyst before betting on a breakout above 1950.

I'm with you on the 1930 mark being key. I'm actually seeing some decent rejection signals forming around the 1950 level again, which makes me think we might be in for another leg down rather than a breakout.

I'm leaning towards another rejection if we can't get a convincing close above 1950 by end of day. The buying pressure just doesn't seem to be there to sustain a breakout, and the macroeconomic headwinds for gold haven't really shifted much. Are you seeing any specific catalysts that could drive it higher?
