I agree, the carry trade is definitely a big factor here. Feels like the BoJ is holding its breath.

Good point on the rate differentials. That's the real engine behind this move. Until that changes, hard to see a major reversal.

Less intervention concern? I'm not so sure. They've been quiet, but that doesn't mean they've given up. Could be a trap.

Resistance levels are tricky with this kind of momentum, but I'd keep an eye on 162.00 and then potentially 163.00 if it really starts to run.
