This is definitely a huge headache. The biggest challenge for us has been staying on top of all the different documentation requirements per region, especially for smaller markets where things are constantly in flux. How are you approaching due diligence on the ultimate beneficial owners when they're nested through complex international structures?

This is a significant challenge, especially with the push for digital onboarding. We've found that centralizing documentation and having dedicated regional compliance teams helps, but maintaining consistency across various legal frameworks is a constant battle. Are you finding that the discrepancies in UBO identification are the biggest hurdle?

This is a really interesting point. Are most people finding that the KYC for individuals is getting stricter too, or is KYB the main area of focus for regulators right now?

It's like playing whack-a-mole with a dozen different-sized mallets, isn't it? Just when you think you've got one jurisdiction's nuances down, another one changes the rules entirely. My main challenge is trying to explain to the legal team why a single, universal KYB form isn't a thing, and probably never will be.

It's less about streamlining and more about surviving the patchwork. The cost of maintaining compliance across varied frameworks seems to be perpetually underestimated.
