Definitely seeing longer cycles on niche pairs, especially if you're dealing with smaller or newer LPs. The regulatory burden has shifted, and a lot of them are still figuring out their internal processes, which impacts onboarding time.

We've definitely hit similar walls. For anything specialized, expect at least double the initial estimates, sometimes triple if legal and compliance aren't fully onboard with the niche. It's frustrating.
