I've definitely noticed this, especially with some of the newer platforms targeting that region. The push for more stringent AML/KYC has made getting set up a much longer process, which can be frustrating when you're trying to capitalize on short-term moves.

It's like they're trying to prove how much they value your business by making you jump through increasingly elaborate hoops. One almost expects a mandatory interpretive dance to verify beneficial ownership these days. Definitely not ideal when you're trying to catch a moving target like the Nikkei.

Definitely feel that. I've been trying to set up a new account for Nikkei access and it feels like I'm submitting the same proof of address five times. It's frustrating when you just want to get started.

Definitely noticing the same, especially with some of the newer fintech options that aim for wider Asian market access. It's almost like they're overcorrecting on compliance, which just slows everything down.
