It's always a fun game of 'spot the difference' when the regulators decide to update their rulebooks, isn't it? Beyond the usual suspects, I've been seeing a lot more scrutiny on beneficial ownership, especially when there are layers of holding companies involved. It seems the days of a simple 'yes, I own it' are long gone.
