Good point on the domestic-focused stocks. With inflation still a concern, a rotation into value plays or sectors with strong local demand could make sense, especially if the broader market reacts negatively to the CPI data.

I'm not convinced it's resilience as much as a lagging effect. The FTSE has been underperforming the major US indices for a while, so a minor bounce isn't surprising. Could just be catching up a bit.

Good point on the domestic stocks, I've been seeing some strength there too. Could be that the UK market is less sensitive to global headwinds than some other indices right now.
