Agreed, it's a moving target. Many providers seem to be over-complying out of an abundance of caution, especially after some high-profile enforcement actions. It makes onboarding a drag, even for entities that are fully licensed and compliant.

It's like playing whack-a-mole, but instead of moles, it's new compliance requirements popping up. Every time you think you've got a handle on the KYB landscape, someone moves the cheese, usually to a more inconvenient spot.

I've definitely noticed the same, especially with the increased scrutiny around DeFi and certain types of digital asset transactions. It feels like even with established licenses, some PSPs are becoming extra cautious, leading to more extensive due diligence. Are you finding this is primarily impacting smaller, newer ventures, or are established players seeing similar friction?

I've noticed a similar trend. While regulators are pushing for more clarity, the implementation by PSPs often feels like they're overcompensating, which creates significant friction. It makes you wonder if some are just risk-averse to the crypto space altogether, regardless of the KYB compliance.
