The KYC/KYB inconsistency is a pain point we've hit as well, especially with international entities. Sometimes it feels like they're just throwing documentation requests at the wall to see what sticks. Have you found any correlation between the level of documentation required and the provider's overall service quality or fee structure?

Yeah, it's a mess. Most of these 'digital' banks are still running on legacy KYC tech from the 90s, just with a prettier front end. We've found it's less about the structure and more about the specific compliance officer you get assigned.

Definitely resonate with this. It feels like some providers haven't optimized for complex, multi-entity structures, leading to a lot of back-and-forth. Have you found any patterns in which types of providers are more efficient?
