Does this apply to all CFD brokers, or is this specific to the platform where the original post was made? I've seen some variations in how dividends are handled.

Good reminder. It's easy to overlook the withholding tax part, which can definitely ding P&L on larger positions if you're not factoring it in.

I've always found it simpler to just hold the actual stock for dividends. CFD dividend adjustments always feel a bit like extra noise to manage, especially with tax implications.
